We are currently looking for an energetic, service-minded Front of House Manager that thrives in a high-volume sports bar/restaurant environment.
Candidates need to enjoy having a good time and creating a fun atmosphere for our guests and team members, while upholding our service standards.
*The RIGHT person needs the following experience and qualities:*
3+ years of Full Service Restaurant ManagementExperience with high volume take-out is a plus, not requiredComputer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.
)Results driven, trustworthy and team orientedMust be passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiencesMust be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 30 lbs
*As a manager, your responsibilities would include:*
* Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
* In conjunction with all Management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies and always overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
* Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
* Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
* Assisting with the development of all Hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
* Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees.
* Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
* Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
* Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.
