We are currently looking for an Assistant manager for our pizza restaurant.
In addition to your yearly salary, we also offer quarterly performance base Bonuses and 1 week paid vacation.
With other cash incentives, totaling an *extra $7,500-$9,000 per year plus your salary.
* Salary will be based on prior EXPERIENCE.
Must be available to work about 50-55 hours a week including weekends.
This is a hands on type of management.
You must be experienced working on the at least the GRILL & PIZZA station during a busy shift.
Our pizzas are hand stretch italian pizzas.
Our busiest days are the weekends.
You must be able to work on FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS.
*RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER*
You’re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, assisting in the resolution of customer issues.
Again, must be able to cook on all the Grill & Pizza stations in the back of the house.

*Job Requirements and Essential Functions*
* 2 plus years manager experience in either a food service preferred
* Basic personal computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft office and POS systems.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a quick service restaurant is preferred.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
* Able to handle ordering and monitoring suppliers pricing.
* Able to do the weekly scheduling of the staff.
* Able to manage food cost, waste, and payroll cost.
* Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks occasionally.
* Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs.
* Assist the Manager in operating the store and ensuring that the day to day operations run smoothly.
* ServSafe Certified or the ability to receive one within 90 days of employment.
* Must be hands on, able to work grill/sub, and pizza station.
Also wililng to learn the fryolator station at some point.
* Must have great communication and customer service skills.
