This position requires ordering, day to day cash handling, over seeing the venue, developing an amazing management team, creating an amazing guest experience, and working closely with the FOH and BOH team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensuring that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times
Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed
Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
Working hand in hand with the GM ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities are completed
Training and developing the team to ensure they are the best in the business
Various other tasks as needed
Full job details will be outlined prior to any offer being made for review
REQUIREMENTS
You must have full time, 7 day availability
You must be well organized
You must be able to hire, train and develop a team of motivated individuals
Team mentality and work ethic
Must be able to pass a FULL background check
Have a willingness to coach and be coach to learn every area of the venue in a hands on fashion
