Here’s what you need ….
*Requirements*
* Must be TIPS Certified
* Social media savvy and promotional experience
* Ability to handle high pressure environments
* Excellent knowledge in cocktail mixing, garnishing, serving drinks, beer & wine
* Creating creative drink specials and draft beer knowledge
* Training junior staff
* Keeping the bar clean and organized, clean glasses, bar utensils, etc.

* Liquor inventory, ordering, costing and pricing
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
* Serve in a supervisor role while on shift
* Bartend when needed to fill in or cover shifts
* Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
* Interact with customers, take orders, serve food and drinks
* Check customer identification confirming legal drinking age
* Follow all sanitation and safety policies
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Ability to recognize common signs of intoxication and know how to address the situation
* Comply with all food and beverage regulations
* Motivated and have a high energy level but maintain a calm and friendly demeanor
* Performs other duties as assigned by management
* Must be able to work holidays and weekends including Sundays
* Maintains valid TIPS certification
*Education / Experience / Skills*
High school or equivalent
* Bartender: 2 years
* Bar Management: minimum 2 years
* Serving Experience: 1 year
* Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
* License/Certification: TIPS Certification
* Computer literacy
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Pay: $15.
00 – 20.
00 per hour (based on experience)
