Concord Foods is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensures that the team is providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts and internal team members
Cross trained on all accounts to support the team
Fully proficient in processing orders via EDI, portal, email or phone
In collaboration with IT, lead efforts on EDI future state strategy and continued role out plan
Masters ERP system (Sage X3) to generate orders, manage accounts, organize data and provide information to customers
Ensures that all team members are fully trained in all necessary systems, procedures and daily tasks
Oversees and directs the timely processing of returns and resolution of customer complaints
Manages relationship and collaborates with cross-functional team to ensure accurate flow of information, problem solving and process improvement
