Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various projects.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost control
- Utilize project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile to drive project success
- Collaborate with team members using collaboration tools such as Basecamp or ServiceNow
- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize project processes and improve efficiency
- Utilize Earned Value Management techniques to monitor project performance
- Apply SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles for managing large-scale projects
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g.
, Business Administration, Computer Science)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
