io, you will play a pivotal role in steering the architectural direction of our AI-based intent analytics platform.
This position demands a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the architectural design of our product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological innovation.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and executives.
Clearly communicate architectural decisions, strategies, and progress updates.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build out an innovative and a collaborative, cross-functional Architecture Council, which will work within and across development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines, best practices, and coding standards.
Technology Stack: Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge technologies, frameworks, and tools, considering scalability, security, and performance.
Infrastructure and Development Enablement: Take responsibility for the design and evolution of key infrastructural components of the architecture (Cloud, data warehousing, DevOps, ATDD, etc.
) as well as the development environment, supporting the rapid development of a reliable platform.

Scalability and Performance: Develop strategies for scaling applications to handle increasing data loads while optimizing performance for intent analytics.
Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations in the architecture of intent analytics solutions.
Prototyping: Stay abreast of advancements in , incorporating emerging technologies and best practices into the architectural decisions.
Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate the feasibility and performance of architectural decisions Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, decisions, and guidelines.
Uphold a commitment to thorough and organized documentation practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Architect, with a focus on data-intensive web applications.

Experience in leveraging AI and intent analytics.
[Bonus] Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring software architecture teams.
Proficiency in Python.
