SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring all employees are providing the highest level of customer service to our guests.
Additionally, they have responsibility for ensuring the maximum capacity is reached in there designated parking lot(s) throughout event in an efficient fashion and safe manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review lot staff numbers and placement of flaggers with Area Supervisor to ensure most efficient use of personnel within their designated lot(s)
Inspect condition of and prepare designated parking lot(s) prior to event to ensure maximum space is available for parking and to ensure ingress and egress points into and out of lot are unobstructed and cleared for traffic
Place all appropriate signage to assist with the direction of traffic into and out of the designated lot(s)
Coordinate a traffic plan for the lot(s), brief flaggers of the plan and monitor that plan during the course of the event
Assist incoming customers to available parking spaces
Consistently monitor the amount of available space within the lot(s) throughout the event and communicate to the appropriate individuals
Monitor traffic flow into and out of lots, re-deploying flaggers as needed
Prepare the lot(s) for egress once the event has started
Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting event patrons with their needs and answering any questions they may have.
If necessary, direct the patron to the Operations Manager or appropriate department for resolution
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of stadium policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Operations Manager or appropriate department
Assist in training of new Flagger personnel to ensure proper stadium policies are followed and duties are performed properly and efficiently
Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to perform simple math using American currency
Ability to complete detailed reports regarding days events, incidents, etc.
Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
