SUMMARY
The role is primarily responsible for leading all facets and administration of the recruiting department.
The goal of the department is to maintain the organization’s proper staffing levels with qualified, positive placements with continued focus on improving diversity throughout the Kraft Group Enterprise.
This function supports the direct hiring of all full-time staff and a large part-time seasonal staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the recruiting team through active supervision, coaching and resource management to support and ensure all departmental goals are achieved including days to fill, vacancy rates, turnover goals, and diversity.
Develop and manage the creation of all exempt and non-exempt recruiting strategies through multiple channels including internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals, job fairs, college recruiting, internet ads, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, database searches and other means to drive appropriate applicant flow for timely placement of diverse, top talent candidates.
Establish a robust database of candidates by functional expertise and other qualified attributes as a sourcing tool for future organizational needs.
Be the subject matter expert on all recruiting platforms.
Oversee the strict application of candidate and ATS management including database development, consideration recordkeeping, interviewing plans, and recap meetings for each open position.
Ensure continued commitment to diverse panel interviews to foster an inclusive hiring process.
Ensure highly specialized premium handling of Sr.
Leadership referrals including timely contact, full vetting, regular engagement through determination and follow-up with leadership on process and outcome.
Collaborate with HRM to understand business needs current and future state.
Ensure the recruiting team works with Hiring Managers to fully understand the hiring needs during the initial intake meeting.
Coach recruiters on nuances of hiring for complimenting skills, positive attitude, growth potential, and work ethic.
Drive performance to achieve timely results.
Influence and guide Hiring and HR managers through the recruitment process for timely and appropriate placements.
Ensure that the recruiting team is properly resourced and understands the hiring proposition.
Execute with a sense of urgency.
Manage all recruiting service contracts (e.
g.
, Career Builders) including negotiating agreements and analyzing return on investment.
Oversee and ensure budgetary responsibilities are achieved.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting of recruitment performance across all divisions and HRMs.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 8 Recruiters SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Organized, Detailed and Results Oriented Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
5+ years of recruitment and 2+ supervisory experience preferred, superior sourcing skills and willingness to cold call.
Self-starter with a superior work ethic and defined sense of urgency is a must.
Prior Human Resources and management experience.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office, all social and professional networking sites.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands on the computer.
