This position reports into the Head of Capital Management and supports State Street’s broader Treasury organization.
The incumbent works collaboratively with Global Liquidity Management and Recovery Resolution planning to effectively and efficiently manage State Street’s Capital and Liquidity RRP metrics as well as regulatory requirements and expectations.
The incumbent also engages directly with key external stakeholders such as the Federal Reserve and FDIC.
What you will be responsible for
The Capital and Liquidity team requires extensive knowledge of all critical Treasury functions as well as a deep understanding of State Street’s businesses and inherent risk profile.
He/she is responsible for all capital related Recovery and Resolution Planning requirements, such as Resolution Capital Adequacy and Positioning (RCAP) and Resolution Capital Execution Need (RCEN) and coordination of all liquidity elements and requirements related Recovery and Resolution Planning in partnership with the Global Liquidity Management team (GLM).

The incumbent is responsible for working collaboratively with our Global teams, the RRP office, Global Liquidity Management, Enterprise Risk Management to establish appropriate RCEN targets and triggers as well as maintain, enhance and report on the RCAP framework.
This person will also work closely the Federal Reserve, FDIC and other regulators globally.
Keen analytical skills and ability manage complex projects with specific deadlines and deliverable are required.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience in bank Treasury or directly related risk management area
Strong quantitative aptitude/skills
Ability to think critically to understand existing problems and identify opportunities for solutions
Ability to interpret and analyze data sets with minimal direction in a time sensitive environment
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to create concise and influential presentation materials
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of State Street’s capital profile, core business lines and balance sheet a plus
Strong PC skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual
