We are currently looking to hire a talented and highly motivated candidate to join our Global Cash Management team.
You will join our business in a role as a Credit Trader.
In that role, you will be responsible for the daily trading of money market securities like Commercial Paper, Time Deposits, Certificates of Deposit, Asset-backed Commercial Paper, etc.
You will work alongside senior portfolio managers of a variety of strategies – which may include both registered funds, private funds, and/or Securities Lending Cash Collateral accounts - from our Boston location.
It is a complex role, offering an opportunity to be a part of a core business unit within a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for applicants with an undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, economics, or finance (CFA designation, or progress towards, is a plus) who have at least 3-5 years’ of relevant experience in financial services, Fixed Income or the money markets.
The ideal employee has excellent analytical skills; communicates ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing; is able to work in an unstructured environment under tight deadlines; enjoys working in a team environment; demonstrates integrity and inspires trust and confidence in others.
SUPERVISORY ROLE: Not applicable JOB SCOPE: Responsibilities for Credit Trader include, but are not limited to: Daily trading of a multi-billion dollar credit book across a variety of security types including commercial paper, time deposits, certificates of deposit, asset-backed commercial paper, floating rate notes, etc.
Generate trade ideas and opportunities across the money markets Ensure execution and settlement of those trades through attention to detail and high risk excellence Ensure that the cash strategies operate in compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures Work closely with Senior Portfolio Managers to execute strategies across a variety of funds Communicate market observations regularly and clearly both internally and externally to our dealer counterparts MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor in Banking/Business/Economics/Finance from a recognized university Advanced Degree/CFA a plus At least 3-5 years of meaningful working experience Strong social and interpersonal skills Able to work in a demanding environment and handle pressure Meticulous, resourceful and critical individual Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Bloomberg Across the world, institutional investors rely on us to help them handle risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $142,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
