They know you have to put more work in over busy season, so you will be rewarded for this with bonuses 3 times a year, and you won’t be working more than 60 hours, although it is usually closer to 50 hours in that time.
If you see ownership in your future then that is definitely on the cards here, with a clear path to this if you choose.

You’ll be doing mostly review returns, with no audit, but you’ll have exposure to FS reviews and compilations if you want, as well as tax planning and consulting.
You will have the opportunity to get involved in some interesting technical stuff too like mergers and business sales.
