Law Clerk Internship

*NOTE: THIS IS *_*NOT*_ *A REMOTE POSITION* Small Civil Litigation firm near Braintree T Station is seeking a *second or third year law student* with *immediate availability* for an _in-person_ entry-level law clerk position.
*Candidates must be available to work *_*in-person*_ *at our Braintree MA office between 20-30 hours a week*.
The responsibilities of the position are diverse and include pleadings and motions, opposing counsel and court correspondence, discovery requests, as well as various associated administrative duties.
The position is geared toward the candidate who looks to learn practical skills of litigating and who is not afraid of taking on responsibility.
