The SA-VA15 is an active home-theater speaker system incorporating a Dolby Pro Logic decoder and super woofer speakers built in.
This is a good working system.
(last used 4/2023) This is a complete system with remote that includes the original manual.

J-Tech Digital (Optical) to Analog adapter with power adapter plus optical cable and stereo audio cable worth about $30.
Some speaker wire is also included for the (2) rear speakers.
