The Fitness Floor Staff is responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly fitness center, and will conduct him or herself in a positive and professional manner, resulting in friendly, convenient and courteous customer service.
The Fitness Instructor is committed to providing excellence in service for all members, clients, volunteers and fellow employees.

Requirements:
Education, Experience and Physical Requirements:
A degree in Fitness, Health or related field is desirable
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Current CPR and AED certification (or willingness to obtain within first 2 months on the job)
Experience in a fitness center setting with one – on – one and group consultations helpful
Outstanding organizational skills, member service skills, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Professional appearance & demeanor at all times
Initiative to create new programs, projects, &/or procedures
Punctual, prepared & responsible
Keeps up with industry changes, willing to increase knowledge in field
Ability to highlight, promote, and participate in other programs offered at the branch
Must be able to walk, stand and move around during the work day
