Adjustment Counselor

Avon Middle High School is seeking a School Adjustment Counselor for the current 23-24 school year.
Candidates must possess the School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor Licensure from The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Job responsibilities include: 1.
Aids students in resolving personal, emotional, and social issues.
2.
Provide case management and crisis intervention for at-risk students.
3.
Collaborate with school personnel and parents on developing interventions for students.
4.
Delivers services to students as outlined in IEP or 504 plans.
5.
Complete required paperwork in accordance with district policies and federal and state law.
6.
Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Superintendent.
