Special Education Paraprofessional (GROW Program)

The Special Education Paraprofessional will work with the classroom teacher to provide support to students kindergarten Grade 5.
The paraprofessional will provide hands-on support as directed by the classroom teacher.
The paraprofessional will assist with the basic academic and communication functions of students and will administer some basic life skills, including but not limited to changing and toileting.
- Knowledge and training in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) preferred - Support all classroom rituals and routines - Support small group instruction - Support students during lunch and specials - Ability to collaborate and take direction and feedback - Commitment to student achievement and whole child thinking
