Unused Majestic Gas Fireplace $500 - $500

This is a majestic brand gas fireplace that was partially installed in a home prior to going into foreclosure.
We were not able to complete the installation and close the permit due to a certificate problem.
This can be installed new anywhere except Massachusetts, and can be a replacement installation within Massachusetts.
It is essentially new and never used.
There is some paint and spackle on the edges that would be covered by trim when installed.
