You will join a small team and will be doing predominantly tax.
Your workload will be weighted considerably more towards busy season, meaning you get to chill out a lot more for the rest of the year, giving you an actual work-life balance.
Hours-wise: you’ll do 50ish in tax season and 34-40 outside of tax season.
You will be mostly preparing, with some reviewing returns: high volume and the majority are not super complex returns.
